Redefine 'Balance' to Crush Your Fitness Goals After 35!

Do you ever feel like every time you take on a new challenge, your whole life gets out of balance, you are NOT alone!

I remember when I decided to embark on a new career as a personal trainer and dad in my 30s. It was like diving into a deep end without knowing how to swim.

It left me feeling completely out of balance.

I had to get up even earlier than my usual early start to make sure I got my workouts in, which meant hitting the sack earlier at night, which, in turn, meant eating dinner earlier... and the cycle continued!

But the truth is, a few weeks into it, it started to feel normal.

I remember my days in the army, where routine and discipline were everything. And here I was, disrupting my established routine, trying to squeeze in those workouts.

It was challenging, but it was also invigorating. It was a different kind of mission, and I was determined to conquer it.

Now, as a dad in his 40s, I embrace these changes. I understand that life isn't always about perfect balance, but it's about adapting to new challenges and opportunities.

I've learned to redefine my own version of "balance" that helps me not only maintain my fitness goals but also manage my responsibilities as a parent, small business owner, and ex-army guy.

I used to feel overwhelmed when things felt out of balance, but now I embrace it!

I know that I'm going to create a NEW version of "balance" that will help me hit my goals and improve my self-development process along the way.

If you're someone who's juggling parenthood, career, and fitness goals, just like me, follow me for more coaching on "Nutrition support for men and women over 35."
