WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS EXACTLY?

My clientele is usually over 30’s plus and varies from stay-at-home mums to career-driven individuals, who understand that their lifestyle and work are affecting their health and fitness in some aspect, along with their overall weight, and want to do something about it, so they seek out my assistance.

They are Male and females, although 99% of my current clientele is made up predominantly of females between the age of 30-60+yrs who want to get stronger, look, move and feel better than there currently do, through the use of my services of bespoke personal training or online coaching, with the aid of nutritional coaching and lifestyle management, so that there can be able to future-proof their bodies for a healthy older age, along with having more energy both at home or in the workplace.

What type of person do I need to be to make this work??

You don’t need to be perfect, or extremely fit.

Just someone who is coachable and open minded and genuinely willing to make the time during the week, to action the program, in order to accomplish the change you seek.

WHO WILL YOUR PROGRAMS WORK FOR?

My programs are suitable for over 30’s plus, busy women and men who don’t have any major injuries, whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate, all I ask is that you’re willing to make a commitment to their fitness and wellness and see the program through.

 

If I’m not sure I’m ready to get started, how can I sample your work to see if it’s the right solution for me?

That’s totally understandable and that’s why I offer a free taster session/ or phone consultation.

This will give you a chance to either come and meet me, get a feel of the environment, make rapport and see my approach.

Or speak to me via a consultation, ask as much question as possible and see if we’re a good fit.

Where does your Personal Training take place??

I predominantly work from Cheltenham spa town, via a private member gym (my clients don’t need to be a member), but they are the possibility of me traveling to see clients at their homes right across the Cotswolds, depending on circumstances.

On the other hand I offer a range of online coaching programs such as Acces to my popular Monthly or Yearly Fitness membership Hub, that can be accessed anywhere, cover all aspects of health and fitness to help you succeed on your journey.

1-2-1 or group online Coaching or access to my 12 week Body Transformation challenge to clients worldwide, ie this not the same as Zoom training/PT.

What results can I expect??

How quickly can I expect results?

It all depends on you the individual and your starting pointing as everyone is different on a psychological and physiological level, but in my experience change firstly needs to happen in the individual mindset.

I have seen some individual start a program and fully commit and make awesome changes in 6/12 weeks while others take 52 weeks plus, to re-learn, and re-educate themselves on what is needed to make the long term change necessary to get the required results, both short and long term.

Is it going to be really hard??

You will be progressed at your own pace and abilities.

Like anything new, you will need time to adjust and feel comfortable with everything but rest assured that I would never teach you exercises or give you advice that is impossible or not safe for you.

Challenging yes, impossible no!

It sounds great but I don’t have time??

Is your wellbeing, health, nutrition, training & happiness a priority?

If yes, then I know you will find the time.

Our different packages and especially with the online programs that go with the program will ensure that you can do your sessions almost anywhere, even if just using your bodyweight, in your living room.

All you have to do is fill in the application form for your free consultation anywhere on this website page and I’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours, unless there’s a payment option directly on the website, as in some cases.

Do I need to be fit to keep up in the sessions??

No – you don’t have to be fit, strong, or be a certain weight to get started, in fact that’s one of the reason why you should start today.

In fact some of my current clients have never been to a gym since their early school days, all you need is a positive mental attitude which simply mean “I can do, I will try ” that alone will be your starting requirement.

Why DO you think you’re, could be, one of the best personal trainers in your or wider area, FOR ME?

1-My clients feedback best answers this question, I have a vested interested in their overall wellbeing, health, and overall results through to the end, regardless of how the program is delivered, it’s not about showing up for just a training session like with previous PT’s, they may have used in the past, it’s what goes on in-between the session/program, with regular feedback and follow up, with educating and empowering them along the way so they have the education or re-education in most instances, along with the ability to do things on their own well long after their use my services.

 2-Also because I’m consistently re-investing in my own education and personal development so I can deliver faster but sustainable results with my clients, along with better customer service and care.
