MEET YOUR COACH - LUCIANO KYDD, THE CREATOR OF THE “BE MORE” PROJECT COACHING PROGRAM.

 i understand where you’re right now

Truth be told eating & exercising hasn’t always been this straight forward or easy for me, while growing up Caribbean, I was a shy, picked on and fearful kid, who always hide away or pretend to be sick come sports day, due to this overwhelming fear of being there or not winning the race.

A lot of that changed when the British Army, came to my Island to do some recruiting back in 2000, I remember running my first ever timed Mile and half assessment run in the mid-day heat, followed by some push-ups and thinking I’m was about to die. (haha I didn’t)

What the Army had provided for me is the platform to see and know as a person “I have the ability to overcome and grow whatever life may throw at me”.

I have been a beginner with no idea where to start.

I have struggled with my own self-doubt.

I have overcome my own eating and exercises habits.

I still have days when the ‘sofa & TV’ win over the gym.

I have learned what works for me, through many years of trial and error with various training programs and nutrition approaches.

I've experienced more lows than highs throughout my fitness journey - but I haven't regretted a thing, and I continue to LEARN & CHALLENGE myself EACH DAY!

With over a decade in the industry as a business owner & Father, I know what it takes, and feels like to stay healthy, look after A family and stay on top of everyday life.

My experience as a Army Team leader, parent, on everyday person just like you with the same struggle and frustration has enabled me to identify the correct training formula relative to you as an individual.

Whether it’s simple as getting fitter, losing a few dress sizes or trouser sizes, while getting stronger so that you can finally look and feel your best in and out of your clothes, each day.

Through our initial call, I aim to gain crystal clear insight into what is working and what isn’t working and where the greatest opportunity lie for your result while working together.

We then map out your entire journey, the program pathway, and the key habits and areas that will best serve you every step of the way.

We then reach the implementary phase and how much or little support you need from me depends on your goals, resources, and budget and how fast you want to put ideas into action.

Finally, its time to roll up my sleeve with the aid and advice from yourself and draw up the Bespoke program that is going to take you from phase 1, phase 2 and 3 of the “ BE MORE” Project coaching Blueprint program, while delivering the 4 pillars of the coaching program, that going to allow you to get and keep the results both in the short term but more importantly the long term.

Everything I share with you comes from years of hands-on experience, science-backed implementation of working with clients for over the last 10 years.
