Why do weight loss Goals Make People Miserable 99% Of The Time...

This might be the biggest reason weight loss  goals make you less happy, and here’s what to do instead.

Hi, it’s Luciano here and I was just sipping my second cup of green tea for the morning, sorry coffee lovers, and had I a four-minute idea about how weight loss goals make most people more miserable....

As a coach/ Personal trainer, I’ve actually seen weight loss goals make a lot of people less happy in the long run, even if they achieve their goal...

Sounds kind of crazy right ?

I would have a hard time believing it too if this wasn’t something I spoke with so many brand new clients about on our first call.

These people usually think that when they weigh a certain amount on the scales they’ll be happy.

What they don’t realise is they’re always putting off their happiness until the next weight loss milestone.

They’re only allowing themself one opportunity out of this entire weight loss journey to be happy and celebrate...

These folks are many months away from hitting their goal weight or fitting into a certain dress, swimwear, or suit.

This means they have months of putting in the effort but without allowing themselves to enjoy the reward.

The worst part of it is that I’ve seen this time and time again...

Someone hits their say goal weight they feel good for a  second, then go back to feeling the same as they did before.

Which most of the time is unhappy...

Here’s what I don’t think a lot of people understand about weight loss goals and happiness that could set them free from this trap...

Not allowing yourself to feel good about your weight loss until you step onto the scales and see a certain amount of weight or fit into a piece of clothing.

Only robs you of celebrating the habits and progress you’re making every day that’s responsible for your weight loss results.

It’s celebrating who you had to become to achieve that goal more than just hitting the goal.

It’s just like...

If you wanted to get married, and would only allow yourself to be happy once you were married.

You’d miss all the magic that happens on the way to getting married like going on dates, meeting their parents, friends, family, traveling, etc..

But on the other side if you learned to enjoy the daily process of going on dates, getting to know them…

Planning trips, the funny inside jokes and dancing in the kitchen making dinner you’d be much happier on the way to getting married, and more likely to be married honestly ..

At the end of the day...

The choice is yours and you can white knuckle it through another six to eight months of weight loss and let the scale or your diet be a nemesis.

But just know there’s a way to enjoy those same six to eight months and get better results in the long run.

If you want to know how to make those six to eight months more enjoyable and get the best weight loss results of your life…

While still being sociable and enjoying the foods you love without having to resort to restrictive dieting methods like I teach my clients in my “BE MORE” Coaching program.
